With admiration for those behind the last half century of recorded music, I set out to produce my own; in part to better understand composition, performance and recording techniques. What propels this lifelong endeavor is a love for music and the creative process, along with a desire to improve as a musician. The intention and ambition remains to present listeners with an enjoyable sound, and ultimately a transcendent experience. By examining it’s component parts, it is also my hope to some day determine what makes music so evocative.

With the benefit of today’s technology, I independently and self-indulgently produced multitrack recordings which would have otherwise been prohibitively expensive (if not impossible) a generation ago. I’ve undergone this exercise in an attempt to demystify how music is written and recorded, with the hope of someday making something I can be proud of. I’ve had a lot of fun making the above recordings, and intend to continue producing some form of recorded music for as long as I am able.
I freely admit there’s a vast sea of musical content online today, and my experimental sketches by no means compete with those who have made it their livelihood. If my recordings find any audience, it’s likely to be the very people I have known throughout the course of my life. And as such, I thank you for taking the time to listen.
